Refund policy
Because all of our baked goods are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Cancellations
• Orders may be canceled up to 48 hours before the scheduled pickup time for a full refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before pickup are non-refundable.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:
• You received the wrong item
• The product was damaged or defective at pickup
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of pickup and include photos of the product. Claims submitted after this time cannot be accepted.
No-Show & Late Pickup
• Orders that are not picked up at the scheduled time are considered fulfilled and are non-refundable.
• We are not responsible for quality issues caused by late pickup.
Custom Orders
All custom cakes, desserts, and special requests are final sale and non-refundable, as they are prepared specifically for you.
